Strength: Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1
WOD: Complete with a partner* for two total rounds:
- 500m Row
Then, 2 rounds:
- 3 Snatch Deadlifts (115/75#)
- 6 Power Snatches
- 9 Overhead Squats
Then,
- 400m Run
*Each partner completes the workout all the way through for two total rounds.
**1st partner begins the workout and 2nd partner begins their rowing when 1st partner completes their row. After 1st partner completes the run, they rest until 2nd partner completes the run. Then repeat workout again, with 2nd partner resting the time it takes 1st partner to complete the row.
