In light of the picture on today's post, I decided to see if I still had a muscle up after SEVERAL months of not attempting any. After 3-4 near reps I got 'em. Good to know! Like riding a bike! For those still in the hunt for a MU, work on chest to rings pull ups with a false grip, hips to bar/rings pull ups, and ring dips and you'll get 'em. That's all I did! Good luck!
