For Time:
- 1000m Row
- 50 Thrusters 45/35
- 30 Pull Ups

We'll have three rowers, so we will run as many heats of three as needed.  This workout is one time through with light weight so try to speed through the work with the best form possible.

    First time doing "Jackie" for me as well and I think I blew my WOD maxing out the thruster and then doing a 3:16 1000m row. Definitely shoulda paced that one a little better!
