- Pull Up Ladder: 1 the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd, etc...
Then
- Burpee Ladder
Rest 1:00 between finishing the pull up ladder and starting the burpee ladder.

ReplyDeleteGettin a little upset with a douche "trainer". Never came over to me during the MetCon, then wrote on the white board ROM instead of Rx'd. Apperantly while I was doing my kipping pullups he noticed my chin not going over the bar. I freakin no rep'd myself and ended up doing more than required. Freakin douche.
