- Complete one (1) 100 yard Sprint

WOD: Complete for Quality:
- 50 Kettlebell Snatches (53/35#)
- 50 yards Barbell Walking Lunge (45/35#)

*Alternate arms as needed during one arm KB Snatches. Once you have completed 30 reps of KB Snatches, put an empty bar on your back and Lunge 50 yards.
