Step 1:  Try Us Free:  Class or Private Coaching!

Private Coaching:  Fill out the "Free Evaluation and Workout" Form to the left.  A coach will contact you to schedule your session as soon as possible.

Free Class:  The best way to learn about our gym is to come out and give it a try!  Email us at and choose a class then show up a few minutes before class time and be ready to go!

We look forward to introducing you to The Compound and CrossFit! When you come, we’ll show you around, tell you more about what we do and how we do it, and put you through a workout. And, we’ll make sure you have a great time.Every Saturday at 8:00 AM, The Compound hosts a free CrossFit workout.  The best way to learn about our gym is to come out and give it a try!  

Step 2: Private Coaching Start Up:

To get started at Compound Strength & Conditioning - Home of CrossFit Vacaville North, you'll get 5 one-hour, one-on-one (or as a couple) private coaching sessions with an experienced and certified CrossFit Coach.  In your five sessions you'll learn about the movements, lifts, and exercises that you'll find in a CrossFit class.  You'll learn what weights to use and how to make the movements work for your abilities.  You'll also learn about nutrition, mobility, flexibility, and how to track your progress!  Sign up today to get started!
