Nice place, pretty new, just as brutal as home.Bonus workout today: Base Line For Time.500m row, 40 Air Squats, 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups, 20 Hand Release PU's, 10 Pull Ups.7:41 Rower on 10, 10 kipping pull ups. I got my kipping down during the warm up. First time ever!!!
