Congratulations to Geoff for becoming the newest member of the Muscle Up Club.  When Geoff learned about these things, he knew he had to get one and he struggled and worked for it almost every day I saw him in the gym.  Great Job Geoff, who's next?

  4. yesterday's metcon: 17:37 as rx'd...not a good setup at the dover afb gym, and the bar was so slippery, I could only get one or two toes-to-bar in at a time, which was really frustrating!

    metcon:13:23 @62# kb...first 3 sets unbroken, then 8&7,10&5 all du sets were broken.

    not that Melissa was supposed to be counting, she just happened to be there ...dontcha'know ;)
