Peter began playing sports at a very young age, going from football to basketball to baseball season all through high school and college. While competing in athletics year round, this left little time for additional strength and conditioning training in the off season. In 2007 Peter stumbled onto the CrossFit.com website after hearing about its "intense cross-training" workouts. After attempting several of the posted workouts of the day, with miserable results on his own, he became hooked with the constantly varied style of training.
In Sept. 2009, Peter became a Crossfit Level 1 trainer and is the in process of obtaining his NSCA-CPT.
