    SWOD: Clean & jerks 85# entire time working on form. Getting my feet to stomp louder..thanks Craig.
    Metcon: 2rds @85lb,3 rds @75lbs
    My knees were killing me getting into thrusters so had to scale weight back. Tough getting my body moving this early.

    After I was challenged to 7rounds of 7burpees 7wallballs 14LB in 7mins... I got 6rounds in and 7wallballs.
