This video is a review of the Shoulder Press.  But the overhead position and movement of the bar should be the same any way overhead

SWOD: Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

Metcon: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
-5 Any way overhead (85% today's 3 RM)
-10 Push Ups
-15 GHD Back Extensions

    WOD: 55 lbs push presses 4 rounds + 4 pushups; last two rounds of pushups done from box, full range of motion.....arms were toast for some reason
