SWOD: L-sit / L-hang - accumulate 3 min of hang or sit  

METCON:
- Row 1500m
- Rest minimum of 5 min.
- Row 1500m and beat previous time

    Very tough to do this workout at 11a since i had been up since 4a coaching and training at compound since 8:45a.
