Laura still working her Pull Ups


Strength: Shoulder Press 3 x 3.  Once you have warmed up to a weight that is challenging for 3 reps stay at that weight for all sets/reps.  

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 10:00:
- 7 Thrusters (95/65#)
- 7 Pull Ups
