Standing up tall with a full chest is all that is needed to complete the Deadlift. I often see people leaning and over extending the lower back, but that is not necessary and potentially dangerous |
Conditioning: Within 20:00, complete:
- 10 Deadlifts
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 8 Deadlifts
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 6 Deadlifts
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 4 Deadlifts
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 2 Deadlifts
- 15 Toes to Bar
Increase the Deadlift weight each set. On the toes to bar, move in slow motion, i.e, minimal to no swing. If the Toes to Bar are easy for you, push the Deadlift weight as high as you can, maintaining perfect form. If the Toes to Bars will slow you down, then don't push the weight as high to finish in the allotted time.
