Which bar should your toes be touching on Toes to Bar exercise?  I have seen several people go for the higher bar, which is actually easier.  Your toes should be touching the same bar you are holding on to.  This requires you to lean back a little more, putting more load on your back and shoulders. 
Strength:  Jerk, Find 3rm

Conditioning: As many rounds possible in 10:00:
- 5 Any Way Overhead @ 75% today's max set
- 7 Toes to Bar
- 9 Push Ups
