Congrats to Chad who competed in his first CrossFit Competition yesterday at the Level 10 Newbie Challenge. He did well, finishing in the top 50% of athletes with probably close to the least amount of time CrossFitting!
Micah and Nathan both competed at the Santa Cruz Highland Games and finished 10th and 7th in their class. Nice job guys!
Work has been busy and as you can see I put in as much effort on this post as most people put into Father's Day. So to all the fathers at The Compound, enjoy your new tie and the #1 dad coffee mug.
