This Saturday, August 10th, Alisha, Monique, Brooke and Erica will be competing in Femme Fit, a fitness competition for women only.  It will be held at Alhambra High School, 150 E Street, Martinez for anyone who can make it down.  Go girls!

Strength:  Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:  Every minute complete:
- 2 Front Squats at 75-85% of today's top set, then:
- death by Pull Ups

At the start of the 1st minute, take weight from the floor and complete 2 Front Squats then 1 Pull Up.  On the 2nd minute complete 2 front squats and 2 pull ups....and so on until you can no longer complete the number of pull ups required in that minute.
