USA Weightlifter Kendrick Farris does his first CrossFit workout, "Isabel" (30 snatches for time @ 135#).  3:29 is not a bad time at all, this weightlifting stuff must work!


Skill:  movement review

WOD:  In teams of 2:
Complete:
- 150 Thrusters (95/ 65#)
While one person is working, the other is running 200 m.

Both Vacaville CrossFit and CrossFit Solano will be hosting the "31 Heroes" fundraising WOD nd have invited us to join them in honoring the men killed in action on Aug 6, 2011. CrossFit Solano heats start at 9:00 am and Vacaville's begin at 9:15 am.
