Next Compound Boot Camp session begins Monday, June 2nd and runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5 am!

Morning Weightlifting Club begins Monday, June 2nd, Morning Weightlifting session will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 am!

Jenna is finishing up her last day at the 2014 Regionals today.  The competition has been tough, and some of the athletes I thought would make it to The CrossFit Games this year might not be making it.  Heavy Weightlifting and strict gymnastics movements were the key this year.

But as impressive as these videos are, and as proud of Jenna as we are, I really enjoy getting these updates, that I get from time to time from members of the Compound:
