Skill: Ring Dips 3 x max reps.  Choose one variation and stick to that.  Choose a scaling option that allows you to get at least 6-8 reps each set (more is better of course).

* warm up your Deadlift in between sets.  Try to shoot for a rep or two above the WOD weight

WOD: On the Minute for 12:00
- 3 Deadlifts (225/155#)
- max. Strict Handstand Pushups
