Happy Easter!!


New Boot Camp Sessions Monday, April 6th, we begin two new Boot Camp sessions beginning at 5:00am and 6:00am! These 4 week sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is a great way to start your day and improve your fitness. Contact Erica at to sign up!

Weightlifting Club:  Monday, April 6th is a light week for our Weightlifting Cycle, and a great time to jump in if you have been thinking about it!  We have classes on Mon, Wed, and Fri at 8:00am, 5:15 pm, and 6:30 pm.  Contact Craig at to sign up!

Change in class times:  Monday, April 6th, the following schedule changes will occur:
- 6 and 7 AM classes are cancelled until further notice
- 8 AM CrossFit class is now Open Gym. The weightlifters will be lifting at that time, but you are still free to come work on anything you'd like
