Tomorrow is Memorial Day. We will only be open for 8 and 9 am hours.
This next Saturday, May 30th, Stephen Lepera, Steven Page and Mike Caldwell (if he makes it back in time), will be competing in Dixon at CrossFit ASAP's gym. This competition is for masters and teens only.
