Strength:  Reverse Lunges 10-10-10-10 (each set is 10 on each leg).
Only go as heavy as you can maintain form!

WOD: “Nicole”
AMRAP for 20:00:
- 400m Run
- max Pull Ups

*After each 400m run, go for a max attempt at pull ups until you come of the bar. Record your score and off you go for another 400m run
**Score is your total number of pull ups
