Sit against the wall and throw for max distance, not against a wall

Skill:  Seated Med Ball Throws.  Take 10 minutes and go for max distance.  Weight is 20/14#

WOD:  “Death by Front Squat + Box Jumps”

1 Front Squat + 1 Box Jump the first minute, 2 Front Squats + 2 Box Jumps the second minute, 3 Front Squats + 3 Box Jumps the third minute and so on…

*This workout is performed at 135/85# and 24/20" box.
** Go at least 10:00, even if you don't get the prescribed reps
