The Compound... Craig Collins

Craig has played many sports, focusing on soccer, then water polo competitively in high school and college. He began lifting weights to build strength in the off season. Since then, he has trained in different weightlifting styles: Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and mixed martial arts consisting of Kenpo Karate and Shootfighting.
He began training in CrossFit in 2007 and immediately saw great improvments in strength and conditioning to levels he never thought possible. He began training a small group of individuals, including local SWAT team members, earlier this year. He is Crossfit Level 1 certified since October 2009 and soon to be NSCA-CPT certified.
