Erica Ellingson has worked in the health and fitness industry for 13 years and has been personal training for over 5 years. She has certificatons in nutrition, stress management, youth fitness, a Level 1 and Barbell certification in CrossFit, and personal trainer certification through AAFA.
Erica played competitive sports such as volleyball and crew(rowing) throughout high school and college.
She has experience in training and coaching competetive athletes in volleyball, baseball, softball, golf and crew. She also has experience in Pre and Post Natal fitness programing.
Erica is a mother of two and is expecting her third in March 2010.
