Form Follows Function

Form Follows Function. This is an architectural principle that means the form of a building should be dictated by the function of it. To decide the shape and layout of a structure first will ultimately limit it's functionality. This applies to fitness as well. Don't train for fat loss or muscle size (form). Instead, train to be stronger, faster, better conditioned, and more athletic. Train to function better and with INTENSITY, and the form will follow. Form follows function: sounds like a good motto for all Compound athletes. Keep training hard guys and gals. We'll all be under the same roof improving our form AND our function very soon! bc
