There's a "Goals" list going on the white board for the first quarter of 2010 (ending 3-31-10). The goals are in three categories: gymanstics, strength, and metcon. Metcon would be any conditioning related goal (Fran time, 5k PR, etc.) Pick a measurable goal in these areas and throw 'em up on the baord next time you're in! bc
