Happy St. Patty's day!

SWOD:
Clean practice.

Metcon:
15:00 of 50 yard sprints.

WOD Tips:
For the SWOD, really drill your technique because tomorrow we will load this lift.

For the metcon, at the start of the timer sprint 50 yards all out effort, walk back to the start, sprint again, and continue this pattern until 15:00 is up. Really focus on maximum efforts on the sprints!

  13. The 530 am crew did a little different event today.

    Mod METCON: 200 meter sprint followed by 50 mountain climbers, 200 meter sprint 40 mountain climbers and so on until 10 mountain climbers.

    Time was 8:06
