SWOD:
-Clean and Jerk, 1 RM
-Snatch, 1 RM
We have spent the last couple days going over Front Squats and Overhead Squats, both of which are crucial to the stability of the Full Clean and Full Snatch. Today, after a full warm up, with a 20 min time limit work find your Clean and Jerk max weight for 1 rep. Then, drop the weight and take 20 min to find your Snatch max weight for 1 repetition.
Post weights to comments.
