Here is a pretty good tutorial for double unders I saw on CrossFit.com. The music was not my choice.

SWOD: Push Press 1 RM

Metcon: Complete 4 rounds for time:
Max Rep Push Press @ 65% of 1 RM
30 Double Unders

Score is your number of Push Presses (each rep counting as a second) minus your total time to complete.

    RT arm still a little tender, I'll keep pushing though

    Metcon: 13:08 1Rd push press @ 135# = 15
    3Rd push press @ 115# = 41
    (single jump rope) = 56 total
    I have to remember that you have to clean the weight up to be able to shoulder press it... ;-)

    Metcon: PP 90Lbs.( Not counting score since I couldn't do double unders, so did "ghost" double unders which are much easier than real rope jumping.)
