In the early CrossFit Seminars, they would challenge the biggest guy there to an Overhead Squat competition with their 115 lbs instructor, using today's Mens Rx'd weight.

Metcon: 2011 CrossFit Games Regional Workout 4
For time:
-100 Pull-ups
-100 Kettlebell swings (16/24kg)
-100 Double-unders (150 singles)
-100 Overhead squat (95/65 or 40% 1RM)

Partition the reps up anyway you'd like.  Do the workout straight through like a chipper, or sets of 10, 5 etc., whatever you need to do to complete the work.

    I did them "chipper style", all 100 reps of each movement before moving to the next. Kipping pull ups, 60# KB, double unders and overhead squats as rx'd. That sucked.

    Started feeling sick in the middle of that WOD..it was HARD
