Sorry couldn't be there.. Did a modified workout at home, before Emma was ready for her morning nap. 13:30- 50m Sprint- 50 Push Ups - 50m Backward Run- 50 Sit-ups (Pull-up bar not in yet) - 50m Sprint- 50 KB Swings #10 (All I had)- 50m Backward Run- 50 Squats- 50m Sprint
Barabra in 39:35. Terrible time on a terrible WOD. I'm just glad I finished!
Barbara: 44:13 w/ banded pull ups
Barbara in 34:50. Over 7 minutes slower than my last time way back in 2009.
First time not puking during or after this workout, so that's a PR i guess
