-20 Pull Ups
-30 Push Ups
-40 Sit Ups
-50 Squats

*3 minutes rest between each of 5 rounds.

    - 50m Backward Run
    - 50 Sit-ups (Pull-up bar not in yet)
    - 50m Sprint
    - 50 KB Swings #10 (All I had)
    - 50m Backward Run
    - 50 Squats
    - 50m Sprint
