Metcon: In 12 minutes time, complete:
-400m run carrying a bumper plate (45#/25#) anyway you can without setting it down
With remaining time do max rounds of:
  -12 Air Squats
  -6 Pull Ups

    It was ugly, but I am super excited about getting 90lbs above my head!

    MetCon: 2:43 - 9 Rnds + 5 Air Squats. Got 2 strict P.U.'s, the rest were banded.
