Last week Paul hit 99 Double Unders (shown here in a blur) in a row, and just barely missed 100.  Chris got the top spot on the 500m Row today.  Records are falling!
SWOD: Weighted Chin Up to 1rm, then one set of max bodyweight chin ups

Metcon: On the minute for 12:00*:
- 3 Power Cleans @ 70-75% of 1rm
- 5 Hollow Rocks

Complete all reps and then rest for the remainder of the minute before repeating.
*5 burpee penalty for any round not completed
