Notice in the video, there are several techniques to getting up and down the box. But the one constant is full hip extension (standing straight up) at the top of the box.
SWOD: Shoulder Press 5rm
Metcon: 4 rounds of:
- Max Reps Push Press @ 80% of today's 5rm- Match that number of Box Jumps (24"/ 20")
- Rest 2:00 between rounds
Score is number of Push Press reps. The box jumps should be unbroken.
