Strength:  Overhead Squat: 3x5 @ 80% 1RM

Conditioning: As many rounds possible in 12:00:
- 20 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25#)
- 10 Ring Dips

    Conditioning = Partnered with Geoff G - 5 rounds + 2 dips and about 10 lunges ( G did 20 dips per round, i was a wimp at 10 per set.
