  5. clean pulls: @ 185/ 15# over 1rm
    metcon: 11;53 @ 70 # kb/false grip ring pullups for first round,chest to bar for 4 reps second rnd, then switched to chinups the rest of the way.
    200 ab mat situps 5x40 4sets unbroken 20/20 last round took approx. 10:30 minutes
