A couple new updates, the program we use to register for Prove Your Fitness has updated and there is a new, easier process to sign up for the event, much more streamlined:


- Follow the "Mindbody" Link

- Sign in if you have used the site before, or sign up if you are new.

- Go to the "Seminars" page

- Choose Prove Your Fitness 2012 and click "Sign Up Now"

- Complete your sign up and your ready for the Event!

It will be fun guys, we're getting some good sponsors out there. If you know a company who would like to sponsor, donate, or be a vendor at the event have them contact us through the Prove Your Fitness link or at

Prices go up on Tough Mudder 2012 events in 8 days, at midnight on April 30.  A group of us are going to the Norcal (Tahoe) event on Saturday, September 22nd.  If you want to sign up and join our team,
simply register on the Tough Mudder site and join our team:
