Some good Double Under information

Strength: Bench Press.  Find 1 rm

Conditioning: 5 Rounds of:
- Max Rep Push Ups (scale up to rings or down or down as needed)
- 3x that number of Double Unders each round

1:00 rest between rounds

**Score is total number of push ups and double unders completed throughout all 5 rounds
