|CrossFit for Hope will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The goal is to raise money to combat childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. CrossFit Kids is putting on this workout all CrossFit-wide on June 9th. Our Prove Your Fitness Competition is the same day (if we waited for a day nothing was going on the the "CrossFit World" and our lives, we would never get the competition done). Skill: Review of movements
Conditioning: "Hope"In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We will do three rounds. The stations are:
2. Power Snatch, (75/ 45#)
3. Box Jump: 24/20"
4. Thruster 75/45#
5. Chest to Bar Pull Ups (two days straight, protect the hands!)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
