  9. w/u was kettlebell practice..halo's, hip circles. Then one handed swing ..to a clean...to a snatch. Hand release switch then repeat on other side.
    swod: dbl KB clean to rack position, reset feet...strict press 26's, 35's, 44's (failed @ 53's) Then for fun push pressed the 53's x5 (pr)
