TK just completed a CrossFit Powerlifting Seminar over the weekend.
Strength: Bench Press 5-4-3-2-1.  Go for a 1rm if you can.

Conditioning: For Quality for 15:00:
- 3 Handstand Push Ups (your most difficult variation)
- 10 Hollow Rocks
- 10 Hip Extensions
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Double Unders

- OR make up for missing the CrossFit Total yesterday!

  5. HA, he could be standing behind me and still look huge. We are the same height and he weighs like 260-270.

    bench: 265
    metcon: just ahead of Doug like 1/2 a round. He was killing it and I couldn't pull away form him.
