Skill: Movement Review

Conditioning: For Time (40:00 time cap):
- 70 Burpees
- 60 Sit Ups (GHD or Abmat)
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (American, heaviest possible)
- 40 Pull Ups
- 30 Handstand Push Ups
**Extra Credit (if done before the 40:00 time cap)
- 20 Ring Dips
- 10 Turkish Get Ups with same KB used for the swings
