- 150 Air Squats
- 4 Rope Climbs (15')
- 100 Sit Ups
- 3 Rope Climbs (15')
- 75 Push Ups
- 2 Rope Climbs (15')
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 1 Rope Climbs (15')
- 400m Run (as a team)
