When we ask you to squat, we also remind you to pull the knees out and build up the arch of your foot.  Some of you struggle in getting yourselves in that position, and we are finding that many of you are missing good flexibility in the ankles.  Try a few of these exercises!

- 1 mile "Odd object" Run (plate, vest, kb)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Wall Balls (20/ 14#)
- 250 m Row.  Sprint to finish!
