Skill:  Power Clean practice and warm up

Conditioning: 30:00 as many rounds as possible of:
- 5 Wall Balls
- 10 Push Ups
- 1 Power clean @ 85% 1RM

If you do not know your 1rm, ask your coach for a proper weight for you
