Strength:  Back Squat 3-3-3-1-1-1

WOD: On the minute for 10:00:
- Odd Minutes:  10 Kettlebell Swings
- Even Minutes: 3 Snatches (any variation)

Use weights that you can maintain good form throughout.  Add or subtract weight as needed.
