We've been receiving a bit of "comment spam" to our website.  So, I just added the word verification option to prevent automated systems from posting comments to our blog, since it takes a human being to read the word and pass this step. This should prevent a lot of the spam for a while.

Skill: 1 attempt at 500m row.  Take whatever warm up you need, but you have one attempt to beat your previous 500m score
