Strength:  Overhead Squat, 1 rm

WOD: "Cindy"
Complete as many rounds possible in 20:00 of:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats

If you don't have pull ups, you can complete "Cindy" with jumping pull ups  -OR-

"Christine"
3 rounds for time:
- 500m Row
- 12 Deadlifts
- 21 Box Jumps

Complete "Christine" in 15:00 for Level 1
